Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sael’ariën may collect through the Hub, how it is used, when it may be shared and how it is protected.
Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, membership status, purchase history and information you submit when ordering a reading, experience, course or other service.
We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the Hub, such as device or browser information, IP address, security logs and basic usage data. When account features are active, this may include activity such as Resonance, saved records and course progress.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide the Hub and purchased services, manage accounts and memberships, deliver purchases, respond to enquiries, maintain security, prevent misuse and improve the operation of the service.
Information supplied for a personalised reading or experience is used to prepare and deliver that service. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, sessions and local storage
The Hub may use cookies or similar browser storage where needed for sign-in, account sessions, security and app functionality. Where privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they may be configured without advertising cookies. We do not use browser storage to provide downloadable copies of member-only Memory Field or Live Session videos.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and, where a purchase is made through another sales channel, by that channel’s payment provider. Sael’ariën does not receive or store your full card number. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Who information may be shared with
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the Hub, process payments, host or deliver content, send transactional communications, maintain security or provide technical infrastructure. Only information needed for that purpose is shared.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or to investigate fraud, security incidents or misuse of the service.
How information is protected
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service and the information being handled. Payment card details are handled by specialist payment providers rather than stored directly by the Hub. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide an account or purchased service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a copy of information you provided. UK users may also have rights under UK data protection law.
Privacy requests can be made using the contact details provided on saelarien.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the Hub develops or its service providers change. The date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
